We also work closely with our local advocates, so if you’re eligible to work with them, we will refer you on.
We may sometimes direct younger Care Experienced people to the Helpline if we currently don’t offer the support they’re looking for in their area. If you are under 26 and looking for help you should visit our Advocacy page by clicking the icon to the left to see if we have an advocate in your area.
If our helpline staff are unable to help you they will signpost you to another organisation/service/person who can.

A Helpline That Offers Lifelong Advocacy
Our Helpline is a vital part of the lifelong advocacy we offer to Care Experienced people across Scotland.
Whether you’re still in care or left the system years ago, our team is on hand to help with a range of issues like finance, housing and education.
We believe that lifelong advocacy means being there for you if and when you need it no matter your age. When you call our Helpline, you’ll speak to a trained member of the team who understands the lifelong impact of care. They will listen to you without judgement and work with you to deal with any issues you may be facing.
Get in touch by emailing or calling to find out how we can support you now and into the future.
