Our offices are closed but we’re still open for business

Following the Government’s latest advice about how best to respond to Coronavirus, Who Cares? Scotland have taken the pro-active decision to move all staff to home working.  This will mean that our offices across country are closed for now and all in-person meetings are postponed for the moment.

However, we are still open for business and we will continue to support Care Experienced children, young people and adults.

You can still reach us in all the usual ways

  • Get in touch with your usual Who Cares? Scotland contact by mobile or email
  • Phone 0141 226 4441 during weekdays 9.00 to 5.00. This phoneline will be accessed by one of member of staff so response times may be a bit slower than usual.
  • Email us at reception@whocaresscotland.org
  • Get in touch with our on-duty Advocacy & Participation Manager for this week – Jamie McAnally at 07712 870 328

We will continue to provide advocacy support to Care Experienced children and young people

We will be making use of telephone and online-based advocacy support and we will work with our partners and stakeholders to explore creative methods of keeping in touch. We are committed to ensuring that Care Experienced children, young people and adults continue to have a voice throughout this period.

We are currently developing additional resources to allow Care Experienced people to reach out to us for connection, advice and support at this time. We will share more information about this in the coming days.

Thank you for continued support of us and Care Experienced people at this time.
