This Care Experienced week, we are delighted to launch a brand new range of greetings cards and colourful art prints, which have been created by our friends at Wee Blue Coo.

Designed to incorporate the Care Family Tartan, items include Christmas cards, thank you cards and a range of posters inspired by our vision of a lifetime of equality, respect and love for Care Experienced people. They are all available to buy online at https://www.weebluecoo.com/category/charity/ and with every item sold, Wee Blue Coo will donate 100% of the profits to Who Cares? Scotland.

This has all been made possible by Joelle Kirkpatrick, who recently signed up as a member of Who Cares? Scotland. Here’s what she had to say about her decision to produce this amazing range.

“Hi Everyone,

Since leaving foster care 24 years ago, it’s fair to say that my contact with others who are Care Experienced has been almost zero.  So, I was delighted when a friend introduced me to the social media accounts of Who Cares? Scotland.

To find an organisation so committed to improving the lives of Care Experienced people with such passion was truly inspiring.  Reading about the work they inspired my team and I at the Wee Blue Coo to create a range of art prints and greetings cards, where 100% of the profit from the sales of these products will go directly to Who Cares? Scotland.

We loved the colours in the Care Family tartan, but more importantly what it represented and felt it was important to incorporate this into each design.

We look forward to making even more products to sell. If you have an idea or suggestion that we could use, we’d really love to hear from you.  I’m attending the Love Rally with my Wee Blue Coo family for the first time this year, so please come and say hi.”
