40 Years of Us

Voice led. Experience driven. Independently delivered.

In 2019, Who Cares? Scotland will ensure that what we uniquely know from our voluntary and independent relationships with Care Experienced people over the past 40 years is understood and shared. Find out about our 40 year history here

Driven by The Collective, we will take set moments during 2019 to do everything we can to secure a lifetime of equality, respect and love for Care Experienced people. The Collective is made up entirely of people with experience of care, and is responsible for helping Who Cares? Scotland deliver our vision of a lifetime of equality, respect & love, speaking out on behalf of Who Cares? Scotland’s members and influencing decision makers at a global and national level.

Throughout 2019 this page will provide a range of information, evidence, resources and an overview on our calls to action resulting from these.

Care Day, on the 15th February 2019, will be our first moment.

The Lifetime of Rights and Respect Event on 14th June 2019, will be our second moment.
