Meet the Candidates! Scottish Youth Parliament

Who Cares? Scotland is a partner of the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) with two seats for Care Experienced members as MSYPs. Although other local authority MSYPs may also have experience of care, these two seats ensure that Care Experienced young people are always represented in the biggest youth forum in Scotland.

Elections are taking place 8th-21st November 2021, with elected MSYPs sitting from March 2022 until March 2024. Members aged 12-25 can vote online for the candidates they wish to represent them in the Scottish Youth Parliament. The link to the voting page will be shared closer to the election.

We have four amazing candidates who will stand in this coming election. Here you take a first look at your candidates, and find out why they should have your vote this November!
