“It’s time to walk the walk. It’s time for Scotland to step up together for Care Experienced people”
– Louise Hunter, Who Cares? Scotland CEO
The Kiltwalk is a unique Scottish charity event, which brings together walkers of all ages and abilities for an unforgettable fun day.
Care Experienced people can often feel like they have no voice. Many are removed from their communities based on decisions they have little say in.
As an organisation, we provide advocacy and participation opportunities for Care Experienced people, and we know first-hand that if given equality, respect and love, Care Experienced people can thrive in communities and their voices can be heard.
We are asking people and communities across Scotland to join us in #SteppingUp for Care Experienced people by taking part in this year’s Kiltwalk – a large scale event where walkers raise money for a charity of their choice.
Join us at any of the four in-person walks throughout the year in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh as we take to the streets with thousands of other walkers to raise vital funds to support our work with Care Experienced people. Walk the distance that is comfortable for you, there are three to choose from on the form below!
We need your support! It means so much to our Care Experienced members to see people supporting them by walking for Who Cares? Scotland and with all money raised being topped up by an extra 50% by the Hunter Foundation you can help to provide even more exciting opportunities for our members.
