Fixed term for 12 months

This new and exciting post will see the post holder act as an Ambassador for Scotland’s care experienced children and young people and support our Fundraising team and wider Innovation and Development team. The post holder will support the Philanthropy Manager to represent the voice and experience of care experienced young people in engagement opportunities with potential funders. They will support the team in identifying and engaging potential funders and conduct research to ensure alignment with WC?S strategic goals. The postholder will also support our community fundraising work Fundraising Appeals. In addition, this role will support communication and administration of our Harvard Summer School Programme, Reaching Higher Employment Programme, Care Christmas, Summer Camp, Membership and Alumni and other initiatives that require funding.

To be eligible for this post you must have care experience and have a relevant qualification, to a minimum standard of SVQ2 (SCQF level 5).
