Members’ Assembly 2022

Who Cares? Scotland members are cordially invited to join us for our 2022 Members’ Assembly.
The timetable for the morning will look a little something like this…
9.30am – Breakfast rolls, tea & coffee and a catch up with your fellow members
10.00am – Welcome & overview
10.15am – Annual General Meeting
The AGM is an opportunity for members to meet our Board, get the highlights of what we’ve achieved over the last year and to review our annual accounts. You will also have the opportunity to vote in new board members.
11.05am – Strategic Plan Launch
Louise Hunter, Who Cares? Scotland CEO, will introduce our new 4 year strategic plan and then members will get the chance to participate in a workshop around engaging with the new plan.
12.30pm – Banner Time
Finally, there will be time to pick up banners and flags before we head off to lead the Love Rally from Glasgow Green to George Square for a lifetime of love for the Care Experienced community.
Voting at the AGM
There will be a chance to vote in new Board members at the AGM. Before the event we will email digital voting cards to all members.
If you have registered to attend this event in person, there will be no need to fill in your online voting card as you’ll have the option to vote on the day.
If you can’t attend in person, you can use your online voting card to cast your vote. You’ll have until Friday the 21st of October to cast your vote.
The Love Rally
This year the Love Rally will take place straight after the Members’ Assembly. We would love if you could make both events. We will gather at the Doulton Fountain on Glasgow Green and at 1.15pm we will march to George Square to show our commitment to achieving a lifetime of love for Care Experienced people across Scotland. At George Square we will close the event with speeches from Care Experienced speakers. There is no registration for the Love Rally but you can let us know that you are coming by clicking “attending” on our Facebook Event Page.
