Our 2021 AGM

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important constitutional requirement. It allows our members to learn about our activities and achievements over the last year, review our finances and vote on important matters such as changes to our constitution.

Details: This year our AGM is taking place during our Members’ Assembly between 11:30-12:30.


  • Elect New Board Members – Members were given the opportunity to take part in an online vote and elect Members of the WC?S Board. This vote is now closed.

    The results will be announced during the AGM before being shared with the wider membership.

  • Amendments to the Articles of Association – The Directors are proposing a special resolution to be considered at the AGM to adopt amended articles of association. You can read more about these changes in the papers below and will be given the chance to vote on these changes during the AGM.
