Who Cares? Scotland is an expanding is an expanding, dynamic voluntary organisation working nationally with children and young people who are looked after and away from home. Our role is to provide independent advocacy, advice and support and to ensure that the voices of children and young people are heard. We do this in a number of ways, ensuring that we consult widely.
